The financial decisions you make today determine the business you have tomorrow.

That's why I believe every established business deserves more than accurate financial reports.

It deserves executive-level financial leadership.

My role isn't to tell you what happened.

It's to help you determine what should happen next.

I'm Toki Simmons.

I've spent more than 35 years helping organizations make better financial decisions.

From privately owned businesses to nonprofits and multi-million dollar organizations, I've been trusted to step into high pressure situations, uncover financial risks, strengthen systems, and provide the leadership needed to move forward with confidence.

When financial pressure rises, I don't flinch.

I listen.

I assess.

I lead.

I started working in finance at sixteen years old.

Since then, I've led financial operations across multiple industries, overseen more than $100 million in financial activity, uncovered significant financial issues before they became crises, and helped organizations strengthen the systems behind their success.

Those experiences shaped how I lead today.

Not as a bookkeeper.

Not as a CPA.

But as a CFO who helps leadership make better financial decisions.

What it's like to work with me.

I don't create dependency.

I create clarity.

I ask difficult questions.

I challenge assumptions.

I identify risks before they become expensive problems.

And when the path forward isn't obvious, I help leaders make decisions they can stand behind.

Because good financial leadership isn't about having all the answers.

It's about making the right decisions with the information available.

Although my work centers on executive financial leadership, I don't believe leaders should have to manage multiple financial relationships.

When bookkeeping support is needed, my financial team manages the day-to-day execution while I focus on strategy, oversight, and leadership.

Everything runs through one structure.

Whether we're working together through a Risk & Exposure Report, CFO Advisory, or a CFO Partner engagement...

...my goal is always the same:

To help you make confident financial decisions that strengthen your business for years to come.

Because the quality of today's decisions shapes tomorrow's opportunities.
